CYNERGY CARE & MAINTENANCE:

General Maintenance

• Do not sand, modify, or use abrasives/chemicals on the shaft; this damages the finish, weakens carbon fibers, and voids the warranty.
• Avoid baby powder, hand chalk, or talcum powder on the shaft.

Cleaning Instructions

• Materials: Isopropyl Alcohol (75% or higher) and two clean, soft cloths.
• Steps:
  1. Wipe shaft with a clean, soft cloth to remove dust and debris.
  2. Apply Isopropyl Alcohol to a cloth and clean the shaft with a circular motion, covering all areas.
  3. Allow the shaft to air dry briefly.

Tip Replacement

• The shaft includes a white sighting ferrule for easier tip replacement.
• Ferrule maintenance: Must remain >1mm in height to maintain warranty.
• Use only qualified cuesmiths who do not sand or modify the shaft finish during tip installation.

Ferrule Replacement

• Only authorized Cuetec Cynergy repair centers can replace ferrules due to the complexity of bonding agents.

Warranty & Precautions

• Warpage: Limited-lifetime warranty covers warping.
• Abuse: Avoid excessive lateral pressure, hitting objects, or using abrasives on the shaft.
• Diameter: Never modify the shaft diameter (e.g., sanding, polishing) as this voids the warranty.
